Unassuming. That’s the first thing that pops into my mind when looking at the Bulova Hack Watch. Just because a watch screams “look at me” doesn’t mean it’s a high quality timepiece. There are plenty of large, shiny pieces of garbage out there. If you want to add a watch to your wardrobe that delivers high quality yet dresses down beautifully, take a good look at the Hack Watch.
Bulova Hack Watch.
The Bulova Hack Watch is a direct descendent of the watch Bulova made for the U.S. troops during WW2, and it was a game changer. The watch allowed troops to “hack” the second hand, stopping it, so troops could synchronize their watches. This, along with the fact that it was an extremely accurate timepiece, allowed U.S. troops to coordinate movements and synchronize meet-up’s and attacks with precision. Bulova didn’t only remain true to the original in the design of this modern update, they also included the “hack” feature and an inside track displaying 24 hour time in addition to the Arabic numerals on the dial. Very cool.
Red 24 hour time inside track.
Large crown - easy to manipulate with gloves on.
There are three versions currently available.
