Dole Whip that is! If you’re not familiar with Dole Whip, it‘s like a dense soft serve ice cream (that’s both dairy-free and gluten-free), originally created as a pineapple flavored treat by the Dole fruit company and available at Disney. More widely available today, it also now comes in different flavors so you can create “twists” such as vanilla or watermelon, but pineapple is still the top of the Dole Whip pyramid. It’s heavier and more dense than soft serve ice cream, almost like a soft serve sherbet - if there ever was such a thing. You can get it at Island Fin Poke in Worcester. Tempted?
